This workshop delivers informative presentations tailored to your organizations needs. Your workshop participants will learn how to create positive customer service experiences in a variety of situations and contexts and become energized to deliver a positive Xperience regardless of who or what they are faced with.

  • Customer Service - Learn the Basics of Customer Service The customer service module explores customer interactions from a very colorful perspective, and teaches you to leverage the "vibes" created by personal interactions and your facilities appearance.

  • Emotional Intelligence - Learn to Keep People from Pushing Your Buttons. Putting yourself in another person’s shoes decreases the ability of others to “push your buttons” because you stay in control of your own emotions. This ultimately has a positive effect on the emotions of others.

  • Leadership - Learn the Basics of Leadership and Your Role in It In this module, participants hear more about leadership, and then decorate a guiding symbol of leadership that will be a powerful anchor for recognizing the "magic moments" of leadership.

  • Time Management - Learn about Making the Most of Your Time Rocks, Pebbles and Sand will be used to explore time management techniques and empower learners to do a better job of prioritizing the things that consume time.

  • Stress and Change - Learn Tools and Techniques to handle stressful situations and things changing around you. A beautiful design becomes a tool to anchor learnings about conquering worry and being able to make the best of a difficult situation.

  • Attitude - Words have power. Through exploration of Haiku, we crystallize our learnings about attitude and overall responsibility for one’s own happiness.
